OUR BEEF

We Only Carry the top 2 grades of beef, USDA Prime and USDA Choice. USDA Prime is the highest quality of beef produced in USA. Only 1-2% of all beef produced in the USA grades out prime. Most beef lovers don't know that there are actually several sub grades of Choice beef. At Old Time our Choice beef is hand selected for marbling and tenderness, to ensure that you are consistently getting the very top of Choice grade.

OUR PORK

Today's consumers expect a high quality product that is wholesome, nutritious, 100% natural and tender. Our pork is this and more. We prohibit the use of artificial ingredients to deliver a 100% all natural premium line of pork to consistently include only the best quality, most tender and juicy cuts available.

OUR HAM

OUR POULTRY

All of our chickens are Grade A. We also carry chickens that are truly raised in the Amish tradition. They are provided adequate space to freely roam. The birds are fed a vegetarian diet without preservatives, growth stimulates, hormones, antibiotics or additives.
